How Disclo Started
When our Co-Founder & CEO first entered the workforce, she underwent intensive Lyme Disease treatment, requiring her to self-administer IV antibiotics 8 hours daily.

Struggling to balance her career and treatment, she realized there wasn’t an easy or safe way to request accommodations at work—for herself and many others.

This unequalled level of engagement ensures that employers and employees alike see success at work. Founded in 2010, our decades of corporate experience drive our mission to help organizations identify, recruit and retain professionals on the autism spectrum.

As more and more organizations realize the benefits of hiring neurodivergent talent, we come closer to fulfilling our vision of inclusive, competitive employment for autistic individuals.

Mentra empowers neurodivergent Software, UX, and Data professionals to find roles that best leverage their cognitive strengths. Neurodiversity includes all form of cognitive variation, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, PTSD, and more.

Our mission is to connect job seekers, employers, educators, and service providers to enable neurodivergent individuals to gain meaningful employment.

Neurodiversity Network is a website of resources for neurodivergent job seekers and students, employers & universities, & the community. Our mission is to consolidate various neurodiversity resources into one place. The goal is to share resources that help enhance neurodiversity awareness and acceptance for neurodivergents to find meaningful employment and positive educational experiences.

Specialisterne works with businesses to tap into the talents of autistic or neurodivergent job seekers. We’ve seen first hand how creating a neurodiverse work environment is good for business. A different perspective, alternative communication style, or a passion for detail can be a great asset to any employer, but standard recruitment processes and management practices remain barriers to employment.

The Viscardi Center is a non-profit organization that educates, employs, and empowers children, adults, and veterans with disabilities or similar needs, so we can all discover the love of learning, the power of work, the freedom of independent living, and the self-confidence to fulfill our dreams.

We are working to remove the fear and stigma of living with chronic illness or disability from the hiring process. We create a tacit understanding between employers and jobseekers: employers who are part of our network believe that people living with chronic illness or disability are capable of being productive employees—and jobseekers who use the platform can feel secure that participating employers care about their success.

Gain career development and potential work experience in Federal Government and use your skills and talents to serve the public. The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) recruits college students and recent graduates with disabilities for a database that managers use to hire for internships or permanent jobs. Your application and resume will be available to employers for one year through the WRP website.

Individuals with disabilities and Veterans want the opportunity to pursue a career of their choosing but have an unemployment rate that is two times higher than average for those with disabilities. At the same time, businesses that value a diverse workforce fall behind when it comes to recruitment. Employers want better access to candidates with disabilities and Veterans. That’s why AbilityLinks, a first-of-its-kind website for diverse candidates and inclusive employers, was launched in 2001.

Established in 2008 with a focus on individuals with disabilities, the scope of Getting Hired has grown to encompass diversity and inclusion as a whole, with a focus on the intersectionality of identity. Our amplification of community allows us to serve several historically underrepresented groups and create greater impacts for our clients through consultative partnerships.
